Our Founder, Professor Robert Ko
Robert Kam-Ming KO (Ph.D., Biochemical Pharmacology)Dr. Robert Ko Kam-Ming is currently the Professor in the Department of Biochemistry at the Hong Kong University of Science & Technology. After graduating from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, he went on to Canada and obtained his Ph.D. in pharmacology at the University of British Columbia in 1990.
Dr. Ko is also a pioneer in developing proprietary Chinese herb-based health products in Hong Kong and served in the Chinese Medicines Board of the Chinese Medicine Council of Hong Kong from 1999-2005. Dr. Ko and his research lab have spent the past 23 years developing Glissandrin™, our proprietary ingredient.
